🏡 Accommodation Facilities

• The rooms are basic non-AC rooms, ideal for a simple and peaceful beach stay.
  
  

• Hot water is not available inside rooms. A common hot water facility is available on the property for guest use.
  
  

• Self-cooking is not allowed inside the rooms. For long-duration stays, please contact us directly for more details.
  
  

• We do not have a dedicated power backup system. Power interruptions are uncommon but may occur occasionally due to local technical issues. We appreciate your understanding as part of the natural beachside environment.
  
  

👨‍👩‍👧 Children & Extra Person Policy

• Children below 12 years stay free (if using existing bed).
  
  

• Children 12 years and above are charged as an extra person (extra mattress charges apply).
  
  

💳 Booking & Payment

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  
  

• Taxes: 5% GST applicable.
  
  

• The advance amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 4 days prior to the check-in date.

🪪 Identification

• All guests must provide a valid government ID at check-in.
  
  

• PAN card is not accepted.
  
  

🚗 Parking & Access

• Parking is available at a paid private parking area located off the premises. Charges are collected directly by the parking operator and may vary based on demand (approximately ₹200 for cars and ₹400 for Tempo Travellers).
  
  

• During the December peak season, parking rates may be higher than usual.
  
  

• As Sukhi Beach Cottage is a beachfront property, there is no direct road access. Guests must walk approximately 200 meters from the parking area to reach the cottage.
  
  

🌿 Natural Environment

• The cottage is located beside the beach and agricultural fields. Guests may occasionally encounter insects or small creatures due to the natural surroundings. These are part of the natural environment and are generally harmless.
  
  

🏠 Cottage Rules

• Please respect neighbors and staff at all times.
  
  

• Visitors are not allowed inside rooms after 10:00 PM.
  
  

• Any damage to property will be chargeable.
  
  

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of waste responsibly.
  
  

• Alcohol consumption must be respectful and must not disturb other guests.
  
  

🐾 Pets

• Pets are allowed only on prior request and may attract cleaning fees.
  
  

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
  
  

• Cancellation within 72 hours or no-show will result in full booking charge.
  
  

🌊 Beach Safety

• The sea can have strong waves and swimming can be dangerous.
  
  

• We recommend enjoying the shoreline only and avoiding deep water.
  
  

• Please keep personal belongings safe; the property is not responsible for lost items.
